About restaurant cancellation fee
- If you cancel your reservation due to customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation on the day before the date of use 2,000yen (tax included) per person
- In case of cancellation on the day of use 3,000yen (tax included) per person
- The above cancellation fee will be charged to the representative’s room.
At restaurants, café and bars
- We disinfect tables and chairs with alcohol before service opens and after the customers use them.
- The inside of the store is regularly ventilated.
- Before the store opens and regularly, we carry out sterilization and disinfection with alcohol such as entrance doors and cashier counters.
- When entering the store, please wear a mask and disinfect your hands with the disinfectant alcohol provided at the entrance.
- Table sets,for soy sauce, salt, toothpicks, etc., are not put on the table. If you would like to use them, please ask the staff.
At a buffet restaurant
- Please be sure to wear a mask when you enter the restaurant and take food to prevent droplet infection.
- We will provide you vinyl gloves with you at the entrance. Please be sure to wear them when you take food.
