SHIRATSUYU is the signature restaurant with a Japanese/French cuisine built on a philosophy of focusing on the ingredients. The culinary team take the ‘farm to table’ concept and enhance it by engaging with the guests to educate them on the origins of the produce – for example, where the seafood is caught off the coast of Iwate – and then asking how they would like their ingredients prepared, in a Japanese or French style.

Dining “SHIRATSUYU” at ANA InterContinental Appi Kogen Resort is available to non-guests as well. Advance reservations are required for non-guests and those staying at our hotel who have not made a dinner reservation.

If you cancel your reservation due to customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

- 1 day before (00:00～) 100%
The above cancellation fee will be charged to the representative’s room.
